🕒 Work Hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)
💰 Salary: Up to $2,300
Job Scope:
- Handled inbound and outbound enquiries, appointment bookings, and stakeholder support professionally.
- Provided accurate information while ensuring compliance with security, confidentiality, and data protection procedures.
- Managed document verification, case updates, data entry, and administrative coordination efficiently.
- Escalated sensitive or complex matters appropriately and resolved complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintained service standards and KPIs while handling difficult callers calmly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent certification.
- Prior call centre or customer service experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong multilingual communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
