Handle specialist clinics by building, planning and rolling out appropriate marketing angles.
Write engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
Responsible for content management and handling various social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) of all clinic accounts (content, landing pages, SEO-centric articles, POS materials, etc.)
Handling group accounts and liaising with multiple marketing agencies, vendors & business partners
Allocate budgets and timelines for each campaign. Analyze the effect of each campaign and update content periodically for social media pages and websites
Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company brand awareness and support business growth.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Experience with project management or account management would be advantageous
Ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Qualification
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus
Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be advantage
