Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling copy for brochures, emails, letters, and website content
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns
- Optimize and schedule automated newsletter campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts
- Track and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly
- Compile post-campaign reports summarizing spend and performance metrics
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Tag Manager
- Implement SEO strategies to drive web traffic
- Manage projects with strong attention to deadlines and deliverables
- Identify and act on marketing trends with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing
- Relevant degree preferred but not essential; proven experience is highly valued
- Agency experience is a plus
- Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Excellent multitasking and team collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Canva
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media marketing is preferred
