Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize proper filing systems for finance documents.
Accurately input and manage financial data using accounting software.
Support the Finance team with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
School leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3-Days work week.
