CubePay is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support merchants using payment terminals. If you enjoy helping customers and solving problems, this role is perfect for you. Training will be provided, so candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Attend to merchant enquiries via phone and email
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for payment terminals
• Coordinate with technicians for onsite service when required
• Update customer cases and job status in the system
• Perform simple administrative tasks and data entry
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
✔ Customer service experience preferred
✔ Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
✔ Able to multitask and handle pressure
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Word)

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday work required
• Sunday is a fixed off day
• One additional weekday off will be provided
