Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily pest control activities according to the operational schedule
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and effective service
• Provide clear and detailed oral and written reports on your work activities
• Safely use equipment, chemicals, and pesticide/insecticide products
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Service-oriented, responsible, team player, and flexible
• A valid Vector Control Worker/Technician (NEA) License is an advantage
• A Class 2B/2A/2/3 license is preferred
