About the Role

We are a Singapore-based CNC precision engineering company specialising in high-precision machining of components for industries such as semiconductors, medical devices, automation, oil & gas, and aerospace.

To support our expanding operations, we are hiring a Warehouse Assistant to manage warehouse operations, raw materials, finished goods, and coordination with the production team.

This position is suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, machined parts, and supplier deliveries.

• Verify quantities and specifications against delivery orders and purchase orders.

• Store materials and finished goods properly with clear labelling and identification.

• Issue materials to production according to job requirements.

• Pick, pack, and prepare finished machined components for delivery.

• Assist in stock control, cycle counts, and inventory audits.

• Maintain proper documentation for material movement and shipment.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to support smooth operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• ITE / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience in CNC or Logistic or manufacturing environment preferred (training provided for junior candidates).

• Basic understanding of machining parts handling and inventory control.

• Familiar with ERP or inventory tracking systems is an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned workshop environment.

• Able to handle metal components safely and stand for extended periods.

• Responsible, organised, and a good team player.
