• Position : Service Technician/Engineer (CCTV / Access Control / Security Systems) x 2
• Location : Islands wide- Office in Outram
• Working hours : 5 days work week Monday -Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 gross ($4200 Basic +Transport allowance/reimbursement $400-$750) + AWS + Overtime + Performance Bonus + Mobile reimbursement + Birthday leave + Health insurance + Dental reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant servicing/maintenance experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm) is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and handle site-based work
