Job Summary

Support daily centre operations by managing customer service, coordinating classes, handling enquiries, resolving feedback, liaising with teachers and parents, and maintaining administrative records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate classes to ensure smooth centre operations
  • Manage walk-in and telephone enquiries to provide timely and accurate information
  • Deliver course consultations to prospective customers to support enrolment decisions
  • Resolve customer feedback and complaints to maintain satisfaction and trust
  • Liaise with customers and teachers to communicate parents’ feedback and students’ progress effectively
  • Perform administrative duties including daily collections and preparation of class materials
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the Student Management System for efficient record-keeping
  • Process new student enrolments to support centre growth and student intake

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or education administration
  • Required to be able to speak Chinese
  • Ability to plan effectively and manage multiple tasks to meet operational needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers, teachers, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate with diverse customers and staff
  • Willingness to work according to the centre’s operating hours
