Job Summary
Support daily centre operations by managing customer service, coordinating classes, handling enquiries, resolving feedback, liaising with teachers and parents, and maintaining administrative records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate classes to ensure smooth centre operations
- Manage walk-in and telephone enquiries to provide timely and accurate information
- Deliver course consultations to prospective customers to support enrolment decisions
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Liaise with customers and teachers to communicate parents’ feedback and students’ progress effectively
- Perform administrative duties including daily collections and preparation of class materials
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the Student Management System for efficient record-keeping
- Process new student enrolments to support centre growth and student intake
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or education administration
- Required to be able to speak Chinese
- Ability to plan effectively and manage multiple tasks to meet operational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers, teachers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate with diverse customers and staff
- Willingness to work according to the centre’s operating hours
