1️⃣ Receptionist (Guest Service Ambassador)🛎️

Location: Orchard
Shift Hours: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records
• Promote hotel amenities and services
• Liaise with internal departments to meet guest needs

2️⃣ Housekeeping Supervisor (5 Days)🛏️

Location: Orchard 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set housekeeping standards and guide the team
• Conduct training and ensure proper equipment usage
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office
• Address housekeeping complaints and recommend improvements
• Support hiring, performance management, and team meetings

3️⃣ Housekeeper / Cleaner🧹

Location: Orchard 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain guest room cleanliness and upkeep per hotel standards
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Deliver linens and amenities to floor pantries; replenish supplies
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Support overall housekeeping operations
