Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist supervisor in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.

2. To perform machine setup and trouble-shooting to ensure maximum machine uptime.

3. Carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.

4. Perform maintenance work in accordance to written procedures / systems and spare parts control management.

5. Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.

6. Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.

7. Able to accept overtime assignment.

8. Able to accept flexible deployment in different work environment.

Qualifications/ Education:

· NITEC (NTC)/ Diploma or equivalent

Skill Set and/or Experience:

· NITEC (NTC) with at least 2 years or Fresh Diploma holder

· Knowledge in trouble shooting skills in mechanical, electrical or control engineering

· Knowledge in PLC is advantage.

· Able to interpret mechanical, electrical or control drawings/ circuitries and computer literacy preferred
