We area third-party logistics (3PL) company providing reliable and efficient transport solutions for a wide range of cargo, including containerised, project, and special handling shipments. We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth execution of transport jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange local transportation for LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo for both import and export shipments
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate cargo pickups and deliveries with internal operations teams, ports, and external stakeholders
• Assess cargo requirements and select suitable truck/trailer types based on load specifications, route constraints, and site conditions
• Liaise closely with customers, drivers, port personnel, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely job execution
• Monitor job progress in real time, proactively resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers
• Prepare and manage job documentation, including delivery orders, permits (if applicable), and proof of delivery (PODs)
• Ensure accurate job closing and documentation to support billing and invoicing processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is a plus. We are open to considering candidates without any relevant experience
• Relevant knowledge of Singapore roads, yard, and port operations
• Proficiency in import/export permit declarations
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
