Job Summary

Join our Sentosa café team as a Service Crew member, delivering excellent customer service, handling orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily café operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers to create a welcoming dining experience
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cashiering skills
• Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as needed to support kitchen staff
• Coordinate order handling with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards consistently throughout shifts
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and feedback to enhance service quality
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the café environment
• Support daily café operations and complete assigned ad-hoc tasks efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service roles is advantageous
• Positive attitude with effective communication skills to engage customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
