• Conduct outbound calls utilising the internal lead database.
• Clearly and professionally introduce and explain service offerings.
• Identify potential business needs and qualify leads based on their requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team to pursue.
• Accurately update call logs, provide feedback, and document follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background.
• Experience and comfort in making outbound calls and interacting with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
