Operation Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays 0830 hrs till 1800 hrs
Fridays 0830 hrs till 1730 hrs
Lunch Hour (no Receptionist required) 1230 hrs till 1330 hrs
Scope of the job:
Provide receptionist support
Answer and manage phone calls and enquiries
Record enquiries from visitors, contractors, and calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Return calls for messages received
Attend to visitors, register them, and issue passes
Arrange replacement of copier ink/toner
Keep the reception area tidy
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, including English and Mathematics
Singapore Citizen
At least 1 year of receptionist or frontline customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Trained in handling phone calls professionally and confidently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
