Key Responsibilities

• Drive and grow overall sales performance across all platforms, including our website
• Plan, manage, and execute promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms
• Manage and update product listings, including pricing across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally (including use of AI chat assistants)
• Develop and strengthen social media presence (TikTok, Reels, livestream content)
• Plan and execute KOL (influencer) and affiliate marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales
• Ad hoc Task

Requirements

• Basic experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Salary & Employment Terms

• Probation (3 months): $1,200
• Upon confirmation (Part-Time): $1,500
