Job Responsibilities

  • Complete washing, cutting, marinating, packaging, plating, and basic cleaning.
  • Support the casserole and teppanyaki lines with material preparation and peak-hour replenishment according to shift schedules.
  • Enforce basic discipline regarding inventory, labeling, dates, and semi-finished product organization
  • Through skills assessments, gradually learn higher-level job skills.

💪 Requirements Preferred experience in the kitchen

  • Willing to learn technical skills and participate in skills assessments.
  • Able to handle the intensity, discipline, and shift work schedule during peak hours in the catering industry.
  • Willing to follow instructions and provide support across different positions.
  • Passionate about the catering industry or at least believes it's an industry with long-term growth potential.
  • Basic knife skills, food preparation, plating, or central kitchen experience required. (priority)
  • Aspiring to develop skills in hot stove or teppanyaki grilling. (priority)
