Key Responsibilities

•  Actively engage walk-in customers to showcase and demonstrate products

• Provide accurate product information, recommend suitable products, and offer post-sale customer support

• Understand customer needs and increase conversion rates through tailored recommendations

• Answer customers’ questions in a pleasant and professional manner

• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays

• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level education

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales promotion, or selling consumer electronics preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Able to work under pressure and resolve customer concerns professionally

• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
