About the Role 工作简介

As part of the Noodle Station, you will operate noodle-making machines,adjust thickness, and ensure noodle quality. This role requires precision,consistency, and attention to product standards.
作为制面组成员，你将操作制面机，调整面条厚度，确保产品质量。本职位需要精确操作、稳定性及严格遵守产品标准。

Key Responsibilities 主要工作内容

·        Operate noodle-making machines and adjustsettings for different products.
操作制面机并根据不同产品调整设置。

·        Control noodle thickness and weight to meetspecifications.
控制面条厚度与重量，符合规格要求。

·        Add starch/flour as required during processing.
按需求在制面过程中添加薯粉/面粉。

·        Perform daily cleaning and maintenance ofmachines.
每日清洁并维护机器。

·        Ensure safe, orderly, and clean workingenvironment.
确保工作环境安全、整洁、有序。

Skills & Competencies 技能与能力

·        Machine operation and troubleshooting skills 具备机器操作与基本故障处理能力

·        Precision and consistency in production 生产过程中保持精确与一致性

·        Basic understanding of flour and doughvariations 熟悉不同面粉及面团特性

·        Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork 具备责任心及团队合作精神

Requirements

·        Able to stand for a long time.
能长时间站立工作。

·        Wear clean uniform and outfit to work, and maintainpersonal hygiene (trimmed fingernails, neat haircut).
上班需穿干净制服，保持个人卫生（修剪指甲、发型整洁）。

·        Do not apply perfume, make-up, paint fingernails, orwear jewelry to work.
上班不得使用香水、化妆、涂指甲油或佩戴首饰。

·        Ability to read and speak basic Chinese for effectivecommunication and understanding of work instructions.

·        Able to carryloads up to 25kg.
能搬运最高 25 公斤物品。

·        Can work overtime when required.
