We are hiring Part-Time Retail Associates for our HEClife+ store at Marina Bay Sands.

Candidates with experience in wellness, supplements, or TCM retail are highly encouraged to apply.

HEC life+ is a premium health and wellness retail concept by HEC Group, specializing in high-quality products, including Ophiocordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps).

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, enjoy engaging with customers, and can represent our branding a premium retail environment.

Working Schedule（兼职安排）

• 3 days per week
• 4–6 hours per day
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium retail experience
• Introduce and explain health and wellness products, including Cordyceps
• Provide professional product recommendations based on customer needs
• Support daily store operations including cashiering and POS transactions
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve customers
• Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Cordyceps is highly preferred
• Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset

• 为顾客提供优质服务，打造高端零售体验
• 向顾客介绍和讲解健康养生产品，包括冬虫夏草
• 根据顾客需求提供专业产品建议
• 负责收银及POS系统操作
• 维护店铺整洁及产品陈列标准
• 协助库存管理及补货
• 与顾客建立良好关系，提高回头客比例

• 良好的沟通能力及服务意识
• 能使用英语及中文沟通
• 对中医养生或冬虫夏草产品有了解者优先考虑
• 工作态度积极，责任感强
