- Wed - Fri: 7:15am - 4.30pm
- Sat & Sun: 7.15am - 5pm
- Mon & Tue: off day
Duties:
* Responsible for whole cafe FOH and BOH.
* Do stock take.
* Prepare drinks, coffee with latte art, and other barista duties.
* Assist kitchen preparation work when needed.
* Assist kitchen during busy timing.
* Clean shop and other BOH duties.
* Report to cafe owners.
