Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective resolution for enquiries and requests received at the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
• Collaborate with both external parties and internal departments to ensure safe and appropriate patient referrals for outpatient appointments, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Perform a range of administrative duties as required by the PLC.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to take initiative, manage stress, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using various applications and technology.
