- Reply to customers’ queries.
- Contact customers as needed on stock and delivery arrangements.
- Inventory Application & Delivery jobs assignment.
- Be familiar to use the inventory application for daily order processing
- Incoming goods receiving note.
- Delivery notes, Invoices, Picklist, Stock Query.
- Be familiar to use the Fleet Management Application to assign orders to drivers.
- Monitor the status & contact drivers who are prompted late for deliveries.
- Consolidate documents for submission back to office for billing.
- Customer’s specific documents to be signed during delivery process.
- Update billing information.
- Update each customer’s account for work done for the month so as to facilitate billing by office.
- Communicate with office for any changes or ad hoc projects’ billing.
- The ad hoc support would be for the ordering of labels needed for the labeling work; receiving of small parcels of local suppliers and also sometime entertain customers visiting warehouse to inspect or collect small stock.
Job Requirements:
- ‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- $2200-$2500 (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
- 5.25 day work (Alt Sat, Half day).
