Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare dosa, idli, meals, chutney, sambar, fried rice, and tea items to meet quality standards
- Manage bulk cooking tasks efficiently for canteen operations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food hygiene standards consistently
- Handle stock and ingredients accurately to support food preparation
- Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, as required
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen workflow and operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience cooking Indian cuisine
- Experience working in an Indian restaurant or canteen environment
