Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of HYMH, and we are looking for a Field service technician to join the team at our Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities:

• On-site Support: Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at client locations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and servicing to prevent equipment downtime.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Technical Reporting: Document service reports, field service logs, and maintenance records accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety standards and local site regulations. 

Job Requirements:

• Education: ITE, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading schematics/diagrams, troubleshooting hardware/software, and using diagnostic tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Logistics: Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) and own vehicle is a plus (if applicable).
• Availability: Must be able to work independently and potentially on weekends/public holidays if necessary
