Location: Ang Mo Kio or Jurong East
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative coordination, documentation, and record updates within an engineering operations environment.
- Create, update, track, and close service / maintenance records in the internal system.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure work details, task updates, and man-hours are properly recorded.
- Assist with service order management, vendor documentation, billing details, and related follow-ups.
- Support procurement / indenting administrative processes when required.
- Perform billing reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and properly updated.
- Liaise with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors on operational and documentation matters.
- Maintain proper filing, reporting, and tracking of service-related records.
- Support any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Prior SAP experience is required, as the role involves system updates, record tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Relevant experience in administration, operations support, logistics coordination, service coordination, or related roles will be an advantage.
- Organized, responsible, and comfortable handling documentation, record updates, and follow-ups.
- Able to communicate well with internal teams and external vendors.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to pass the required security clearance.
