Job Summary

Support customer service and transport operations in a fast-paced inbound travel agency to ensure smooth and timely travel experiences for visitors.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers by responding to tour enquiries and processing bookings accurately
• Coordinate transport arrangements including drivers, coaches, airport transfers, and daily tour schedules to ensure timely service
• Liaise with transport partners, suppliers, and service providers to maintain effective communication and service quality
• Prepare detailed itineraries, schedules, and daily operation plans to support smooth tour execution
• Monitor transport timing actively to ensure punctual pick-ups and transfers
• Manage last-minute changes, delays, or operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Provide hotline support during operational hours to resolve urgent transport and tour matters
• Execute daily tour operations efficiently to deliver seamless travel experiences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in travel, logistics, or hospitality industries is advantageous but not required

Working Schedule

• On shift work (Day)
• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays on a roster basis
