About the Role: Support our kitchen operations by maintaining
cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth back-of-house
functions. This role is ideal for individuals starting their F&B career or
seeking stable employment in a growing restaurant group.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation: washing,
cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment,
utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
of food supplies
- Dispose of waste according to SFA hygiene
regulations
- Support cooks during service periods with
ingredient replenishment
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene
standards
- Perform general kitchen maintenance and
cleaning duties
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job
training provided
- WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (or
willingness to obtain within first month)
- Physically fit with ability to stand for
long periods and lift moderate loads
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn,
and team-oriented
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends,
and public holidays
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety
preferred
