Job Summary

Operate a prime mover to transport containers safely and efficiently between port terminals, warehouses, and customer premises while ensuring vehicle safety, timely deliveries, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a prime mover to transport containers between port terminals, warehouses, and customer premises to meet delivery schedules
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to verify safety and roadworthiness before trips
• Deliver containers accurately and on time according to scheduling requirements
• Follow traffic, safety, and port regulations to maintain compliance and ensure safe operations
• Communicate promptly with supervisors to report vehicle faults, delays, or incidents for timely resolution
• Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support team operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 4 Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have 6 months to 1 year of experience driving a Prime Mover Truck
• Be familiar with routes and roads in Singapore
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication skills
